PRSCheck Ltd ("PRSCheck", "we", "us", "our") operates the PRSCheck platform at prscheck.co.uk. We provide PRS enforcement software to local authorities in England. We are the data controller for personal data collected through this website.

- Usage data: pages visited, features used, session duration, IP address
- Platform data: enforcement case data, property data, and compliance records entered by authorised council users
